I’m doing the same thing with earth and ochre tones right now. From rust red to brown to a rich beige. It is hard to imagine my wardrobe without earth tones. When I immerse myself in the world of colour, I immediately think of numerous memories that we have made in the wonderful nature of our travels. I feel the sand between my hands, see the vastness of Dubai’s desert before me. A light wind blows through my hair and in front of me stretches a colour picture of the most beautiful nature.
Sometimes it’s small things like these that take you directly to another place. Since we are still indulging in thoughts and memories, I can of course not let it take me the one or other mental time-out to allow myself.
For my current look, I decided, how else could it be, to use earth tones that dominate the look. A rust red flounce knit top with a beige casual trench coat completes the outfit perfectly.
